RETURNS
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
Refund Method: The refund will be issued via the same payment method you used (credit card/PayPal/Klanra).
If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be credited to your PayPal account within 24 hours after the refund has been processed.
If you paid via Klanra, the refund will be credited to your account within two business days after the refund has been processed.
It may take 1–2 billing cycles for refunds to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
Please note: It may take some time for the invoice to be updated after the refund, but there is no need to worry.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please contact customer service to obtain a Return Adress. After receiving the address, place the item securely in its original packaging and [include your proof of purchase].
Your return shipment is free of charge in some cases. If you return an item and the reason for return isn't a result of an atlanzone.com error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
REFUNDS
